What if I do not receive all the products I ordered?

What happens if the jewelry I purchase breaks shortly after I receive it?

As long as this occurs within or by the 90 day period of the time you receive your product, your product is protected by our damaged goods product policy.  You may have a replacement of the item or a refund for the purchase price of the product.

How can I purchase an item I would like to have if it is out of stock?

Out of stock items are restocked in 10 -14 days so you can still receive your product but it will just be about double the wait time or maybe longer or shorter, depending on the product, before it will be available for shipping.
